Global New Generation sees itself as an educational centre that is sensitive to discrimination. Respect and empathy are key qualifications of our work. We view discrimination as a social process, as it influences not only individual actions, but also deeply rooted social structures, norms and institutions.

For this reason, we work in a “Brave Space” a ‘courageous space’.

A Brave Space enables the honest exchange of diverse opinions, perspectives and challenges.
“Brave Space emphasises the importance of facing uncomfortable conversations in order to promote understanding and growth. At the same time, care is taken not to discriminate or offend anyone.

To facilitate a Brave Space, the team has established rules that are regularly evaluated and adapted.
