Dance without Borders
Our ‘Dance without Borders’ project will start on 1 September 2024.
Together with children and young people aged between 7 and 14, we don’t just want to create and perform ‘cool choreographies’, no, we want to make a difference with our work: We want to become strong against inequality in our city!
That’s why we not only have dance training every Thursday (16:30 – 18:30), but also invite families once a month (every 4th Saturday from 14:00 – 19:00) to the Sensi – (bilisation) Café.
You don’t have to register, just come along, when the courses are full we will announce it here.
Dance training, battles, excursions
A professional team will accompany you for 6 months. You will develop choreographies together, be inspired by other dancers and their shows and put on a moving performance in February 2025.
The training sessions take place every Thursday from 16:30 to 18:30.
Start is 03.09.2024, at 16:30 in the Family Space, Gubener Str. 50, 10243 Berlin.
Depending on your dance interests, we will then divide the group into two locations (Family Space and Regenbogenhaus). Please be on time.

Dancing and performing are his travelling companion, his spiritual liberation that allows him to fully represent his character. Amadou finds it important to share this love and passion with the rest of the world and to inspire young people.
Sensi - (bilisation) Cafe
With the support of empathetic diversity experts, we explore power structures in order to better protect ourselves and our children from discrimination.
We practise quickly recognising and naming prejudices (including unconscious ones). Together, we test and consolidate communication and action options in a relaxed atmosphere. We also scrutinise the legal basis for this in order to underpin our findings and arguments.
We invite families to the Family Space, Gubener Str. 50 10243 Berlin, every fourth Saturday of the month from 14:00 to 19:00.
Dates: 28.09.2024, 26.10.2024, 23.11.2024, 25.01.2025, 22.02.2025
